Merida Denmark, part of Merida Benelux B.V., is proud to announce a new and exciting partnership with Sydbank Quooker Njord Law women's elite team.

Starting in the 2026 and 2027 seasons, the team's riders will ride the award-winning Merida Reacto 8000 – a top-of-the-line model known for its aerodynamics, stiffness, and comfort.

The collaboration represents an important step for both Merida and the team in their pursuit of new sporting achievements and technological advances.

“We are incredibly proud to be able to support an ambitious Danish team that shares our passion for speed, quality, and development. We look forward to many great performances and results over the next two years,”
says Thomas Holst, Country Manager at Merida Denmark / Merida Benelux B.V.

Team manager Torkil Høg is also looking forward to the collaboration and the opportunities it offers the team: "Riding the Merida Reacto 8000 is a huge boost for our riders. We will have access to state-of-the-art equipment, which will give us the best conditions to perform at the highest level. We look forward to showing what we can do together with Merida," says Torkil Høg, team manager of the Sydbank Quooker Njord Law women's elite cycling team.

The collaboration is also part of Merida's new strategy to increase its presence and visibility in Northern Europe.

“The collaboration with Sydbank Quooker Njord Law women's elite cycling team is an important part of our new strategy, which aims to strengthen the visibility of the Merida brand – not only in Denmark, but also in the Dutch and Belgian markets,” says Peter Koperdraad, director of Merida Benelux B.V. / Merida Denmark.

With this partnership, Merida is underlining its commitment to Danish cycling – and in particular its support for women's cycling, which continues to grow strongly both nationally and internationally.
